We Rock the Spectrum: We Rock the Spectrum is an inclusive, sensory friendly gym for children of all abilities in Bellevue. Gym equipment is designed specifically to aid with sensory processing. The gym includes a zip line, crash pit, trampolines, tunnel, multiple swings, and more! It is a great place for birthday parties or events, or just a fun family play date. Outdoors for All: Outdoors for All provides recreation programs for children and adults of all abilities. Activities include skiing, hiking, rock climbing, yoga, and even weekend excursions.

Challenger Baseball: Challenger Baseball is a separate division of Little League that provides an opportunity for children 5-18 with special needs to play baseball. See their website for more details!

Athletes for Kids: Athletes for Kids is an organization for children with disabilities or special needs in grades 1-9. Children are carefully matched with a high school athlete who commits to mentoring the child for 3 years. Mentors are nominated and go through extensive training before beginning the program.  More information can be found on their website below.

Community Integration Services: Aquatic Therapy Specialist. Community Integration Services offers private swim sessions for children or all ages and abilities. Common goals in each session can include: following directions, sensory integration, coordination, strength and endurance, safety, swimming skills, and relaxation.
